In this video Emily takes you through a quick fat lossat home workout that you can do in the comfort of your own bedroom.
For people just starting out on their fat loss journey there is beginner variations, and for the more advanced people there are those techniques shown also.
Exercising couldn’t get any less intimidating, if your doing your workouts from your own bedroom.
In this video Emily demonstrates a range of dynamic warm ups to do in the comfort of your own home. (We literally did it in our back yard as you can see.)
These specific at home warms ups really get the blood pumping throughout the entire body before starting your workout.
You can see by the end of the warm up it may take some serious co-ordination with the different variations as Emily shows BUT REMEMBER……. these are at home warm ups so you only have your cat, dog or gold fish to laugh at you, and once you get the rhythm your all GO from there.

Here is the exact bodyweight workout we completed. When i say we, i mean a group of high level personal trainers, this was the start of our day before we got into some awesome masterminding (to take over the world)
We started with a 5minute jog to the park, then got stuck straight into our bodyweight workouts.
Exercises:
1= 4 Point Squats
2= Pushup T Rotations
3= Frog Jumps
4= Partner Prone Hold
5= Backward Skydivers
6= Double Lunge Jumps (these are super hard, most of the lads were struggling here, ill have to get a video up of this one asap)
7= Running Mountain Climbers
2 Minutes rest
Then it was time for round 2, time to change up the exercises.
1= Pogo Jumps
2= Bar Rows (we just used a fence post for this)
3= Partner Tricep Dips
4= 4 Point Prone Push Up To Clap
5= Spiderman Pushups
6= Lying Leg Ups To Sky
7= ????
DONE, 20 Minutes and we are done for the day.
It goes to show when you are in a hurry you can defiantly complete an all over bodyweight workout without expensive gym equipment.
